Golf Exercise Tips- How To Improve Lower Base Stability

In this video, Avera Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling discusses how to improve lower base stability.  First, stand on one leg (right leg), cross your arms over your shoulders and slowly turn your torso while maintaining balance.  This is a very important thing to remember for proper golf swing mechanics.
