In this video, Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you an exercise to help with your upper body flexibility.  Take alignment stick or a thin piece of PVC pipe and lay them across the back of your shoulders.  Get your lower body stable and work on twisting your upper body back and forth.  It’s important to keep the lower body stable and rotate as far as you can with your upper body to help create more flexibility.
