In this video, Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you a hip flexibility golf exercise. First, find a chair in which you are able to sit in. Take your right leg and cross it over your left knee. Try to get the leg as level as possible. Hold that stretch for about 15 to 20 seconds. Take it to the point of mild discomfort but do not over stretch. Switch to the other leg and hold for the same amount of time. This will really improve your hip flexibility within the golf swing.
