In this video, Sanford POWER program coordinator Scott Roggenbuck shows how to exercise with a medicine ball to improve flexibility, core stability and balance.
Start with the medicine ball at your side, then from there, essentially take it through the path that you would swing the golf club. Make sure to finish in the stance that you normally would finish the golf swing. Do this 8-10 times each way for optimum strengthening.
