In this video, Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you a shoulder-torso exercise to help improve your flexibility. Take a normal golf stance and pull your left arm across your body, anchoring it with your right arm. Your shoulder should be just under your chin. Add some hip twisting to help emulate the golf swing motion, then switch to the right arm and repeat the same process. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds for each arm. This will help improve the flexibility within your shoulder-torso portion of your body and help with the range of motion for your golf swing.
