Golf Fitness Tips- Single Leg Balance Exercise With Medicine Ball Video
In this video, Sanford POWER coordinator Scott Roggenbuck describes a single leg balance exercise that helps strengthen your hamstrings as well as improve overall balance. Start with a medicine ball in both hands standing straight up, and lift one leg up so that you’re balanced on just one leg. Then, reach down with the medicine ball so that your one back leg is parallel with your body and with the ground. Do this 10-12 times on the one leg, then alternate and do it with the other to best improve balance.
