Golf Fitness Tips- The “Hip Dip” Exercise To Improve Hip Flexibility

In this video, Avera Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you an exercise that will help improve your hip flexibility.  Lay down on your back and put your feet at a comfortable distance so that your knees just touch when you bring them together.  You will find that you will be on the insides of your feet and you are going to drop one knee down towards the floor as far as you can.  This will stretch out the hip. Come back up to the center and then proceed with the other leg.  Hold each leg for 10 to 15 seconds to really help improve your hip flexibility within the golf swing.
