In this video, Sanford POWER program coordinator Scott Roggenbuck discusses the medicine ball throw and how it can benefit your golf swing. Start with a staggered stance, feet about shoulder width apart, facing perpendicular to the wall. Then, quickly rotate your hips as fast as you can and do a single arm push of the ball directly towards the wall. Repeat this 6-8 times with one arm and then turn around and do the same thing with the other arm to benefit hip drive for your golf swing.
