In this video, Avera Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you a stretch to help improve your torso rotation. Start by sitting in a chair. Twist to the right by holding the back of the chair with your right hand and holding the arm of the chair with your left hand. Take a deep breath and twist. As you stretch exhale and hold the stretch for 15 to 20 seconds. Relax and then repeat with the other side. Be sure to work on both sides an equal amount of time to help improve your torso rotation.
