How to Find Proper Golf Ball Position in Stance
1. Put two golf balls in your pocket and take your normal set up position over a golf ball. After reaching the address position, place one ball in front of each toe.
2. Step back and look at the three golf balls from the face on view.
3. When hitting an iron, the balls should resemble a slight offset of a triangle and when hitting woods, the balls should resemble a slight offset of an “L”.
4. Take a step back and look at the golf balls from behind. The two balls that were along the toes should be pointing on a straight line just left of your intended target. This is referred to as parallel left.
