In this video, Golf Fitness Specialist Dick Bartling gives you an exercise to help strengthen your glutes. The glutes are the muscle king as to provide us with stability and power in the golf swing. Lay down on your back and put your arms straight up. Bridge your buttocks up and put one foot in the air. Maintain that position as stable as possible. Hold that position for roughly 30 seconds with not much shaking. Now put that leg down and put the other in the air. Hold again for 30 seconds.
